From cyber-space, I’ve long admired Larry Kirchhoff‘s echoed calls for removal of privilege and injustice in our community. Then, in what can only be described as a cosmic fulfillment of good juju, All Star Mechanical came to my/our/a community rescue: a Refugee, without a working furnace for the last 3+ weeks, relayed his family’s struggle to survive the bitter cold spells with no heat in their home.
After an exasperated Facebook messenger plea, Larry + his ‘All-Star’ team traveled to this man’s home to identify, resolve, replace, and ensure a safe and working furnace. All within 48 hours. With no questions asked. To fulfill the desperate request of a cyber-stranger. COMMUNITY COMPASSION CAN CHANGE PEOPLE’S LIVES.
